1. I downloaded it again today, the panel fonts doesn't seem to be 'droid sans'
2. Icon spacing would be exactly like slingshot in Luna if you can get the icon size, spacing & the menu besides those icons right.
(you can refer to this gnome-shell theme, till date i think it has the perfect setup by far)
rest everything in your theme seems to be just right.
